Grace Homes operates on a simple flat fee system for all residents.   Our monthly fee includes room and board, care, care coordination, services and supplies.  It does not include transportation, durable medical goods and prescription medication co-pays.

Cost is not based on level of care and remains the same for each resident until the end of life with no increases. 

Monthly fee for care and services to live in Grace Homes is $7,000 per month.  Daily rate is $300 per day.  We accept private pay and long term-care insurance.
